This Privacy Policy explains how IIG Global OÜ (“Covently”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit the Covently website and submit your email address to request information about Covently or access to a product demonstration.

IIG Global OÜ is an Estonian private limited company (OÜ), registry code 17498866, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10115, Estonia.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Covently Coming Soon website, waitlist and demo-request process. It does not govern personal data processed through the Covently SaaS platform by customers and their users. Privacy terms applicable to the Covently platform will be provided separately when the platform becomes available for customer use.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit your email address through the Covently Coming Soon page, we may collect:

• your email address;
• information you voluntarily provide in your request;
• information relating to your request, including the date and time of submission; and
• limited technical information necessary to operate, secure and maintain the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information and similar technical data.

The Coming Soon form is intended only for contact and demo requests. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

• receive and manage your request;
• respond to your enquiry;
• provide information about Covently;
• provide or arrange access to a Covently demo;
• communicate with you about your demo request and the availability of Covently;
• maintain and improve the Coming Soon website;

• comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We will not use your email address for unrelated marketing communications where applicable law requires separate consent unless we have obtained the required consent or have another lawful basis for doing so.

Submitting your email address to request a Covently demo does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.

Where required, we will ask for your consent to receive marketing communications separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication or by contacting us.

Communications that are necessary to respond to your request or provide information about the demo may still be sent where appropriate.

The Coming Soon website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for its operation, security and basic functionality.

10. Demo and Product Availability

Covently is currently preparing for public launch.

Submitting your email address does not guarantee:

• access to a Covently demo;
• access to any particular feature;
• availability of the Covently platform by a particular date;
• commercial availability; or
• any particular pricing or subscription terms.

Demo environments may contain sample or synthetic data and may include features that are still in preview or beta.

If you are invited to use a demo environment, additional terms or instructions may apply to that demo.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, demo process, business practices or applicable legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
